Adult Monitoring Information
From 2016-2019, an adult fish trap was operated on Stewart Creek in the Clatskanie River population to evaluate Chum Salmon fry survival from adult outplanting efforts in the creek from 2013-2015. Additionally, spawning surveys have been conducted each fall since 2012 to monitor the distribution and abundance of adult Chum Salmon returning to the Lower Columbia River.
